I led a backend-focused upgrade for Star + The Rose, migrating the site to Shopify 2.0 to significantly improve usability, flexibility, and ease of content management. Alongside the technical upgrade, I redesigned the About, Weddings, and Funeral pages to enhance clarity and user experience. To solve operational challenges around delivery specifications and cut-off dates, I integrated and configured a dedicated delivery app, giving the client full control over timings, and rules through a simplified backend system. The delivery functionality is now live, with the full site refresh ready for launch.
